I have to share this story with you...

We were at the farmer's market and I said, "Hey I need to see if the herb lady has some Oregano."

and my daughter said, "I saw in a movie once where a boy yelled, 'Oregano!' before jumping into the lake."

"Do you mean 'Geronimo?'"

"Oh! Yeah! Geronimo."

So, now whenever we jump into the pool or run down a hill we yell, "OREGANO!!!"

Great idea! Maybe add tabs to mark the different sections? This will help me have everything in front of me.

I love that food storage site! What a great find! I have fallen off the coupon wagon. This post is a good reminder to clean out the organizer and get back on track.

It's amazing how much I can grow in 4 x 4 ft or 3 x 2.5 ft boxes. When my cucumber vines start taking over, I just curl/pile them up in their square.

I wanted to share with you that your mint can still spread if it's completly buried. You need to leave a complete barrier in order to stop your mints from over-running your garden. Of course they're great for all the tea & they smell lovely as you pull/cut to prevent the other herbs from being strangled. Also, they make great gifts by rooting those you pull up. You can also sell them as starters since mints rarely come true from seed.

(I'm a square foot garden fan too! Don't you love all you get from your space?)
