One of my favorite dinners right now is sausage cooked with green beans. I’ll slice sausages lengthwise, add green beans and some water, and cook on medium heat for about 10 minutes (or until the water is gone). Yum!

I’m a vegan now, but when I was an omni as a young teenager my mom used to make this stir-fry dish: sausage & onions. It was my favorite dish (besides her peppery cabbage). You just slice the sausages into little rounds and fry it a bit, then add lengthwise sliced onions – the onions take on the flavors of the sausage juice – you should try it sometime
