I started on Week 2 (Level 1) of the Navy Seal workout on November 3. It’s now 11/10, and I’ve already completed 3 out of the 6 workouts.
I think it’s progress to complete 3 workouts in one week (I know that you’re supposed to complete one per day, which is 6 workouts in one week, but it takes me about 2 days to complete each workout).
For Week 1, it took me three weeks to complete all 6 workouts, so this is definitely progress.
